Purpose of Collection
Our main reason for collecting your information is to provide and improve services through our App and Website. You can always choose not to share your information with us. But, if you do so, we may not be able to keep providing services. This means we might not give you access to the App or certain features.
You agree to get account updates (like sign-up confirmation, terms updates, account expiry) on WhatsApp when you sign up. These are only service messages about your account; they are not promotions or marketing. Note: If you enable the 11za App which integrates with your Google account, we may use relevant Google user data (e.g., contact information) to facilitate sending these service messages to your designated contacts via WhatsApp as part of that core feature. This usage is strictly for providing or improving the App’s main functions and is always initiated by you.
Disclosure
We keep your personal information very private. We only share personal information, including Google user data, in these cases:
- If a court orders us to do so.
- If a government agency legally tells us, and we need to for compliance.
Apart from these legal needs, we promise not to share your personal information, including any Google user data, with any third parties for marketing, advertising, or purposes not related to App functions. We specifically prohibit the use of Google user data for targeted advertising, selling to data brokers, providing to information resellers, determining credit-worthiness, lending purposes, user advertisements, personalized advertisements, retargeted advertisements, or interest-based advertisements.
If we use third-party companies to help run or improve our services (like cloud hosting, analytics vital for app performance), we might transfer your data to them. Any such transfer, especially Google user data, is strictly to support the App’s main functions. Also, these transfers use confidentiality agreements that follow this policy and data protection laws. These third parties are also strictly prohibited from using Google user data for any of the purposes listed above (targeted advertising, selling to data brokers, providing to information resellers, determining credit-worthiness, lending purposes, user advertisements, personalized advertisements, retargeted advertisements, or interest-based advertisements).
Security Practices and Procedures
Following the Data Protection Rules, we keep user data fully private and confidential. We use complete security steps and standards. We put in place fitting technical and organizational actions to protect your data from unwanted access, changes, sharing, or destruction.
Data Retention
We keep your personal information, including any Google user data collected, only as long as we need it to provide services you requested. We also retain data to meet legal duties, fix problems, and make our agreements work. We store your personal information for a period of time that is consistent with our business purposes and to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
About Keeping Google User Data: We keep Google user data only while your account is active. We keep it strictly for the time needed to support the App’s functions you use.
Deletion of Google User Data
When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we quickly and permanently remove all personal info linked to your account. This includes any Google user data our App accessed or stored. When the data retention period expires for a given type of data, or upon your request, we will delete or destroy it. We remove all copies of your Google user data from our live servers and backup systems.
